第八届武当太极拳国际联谊大赛将于2025年10月22日至27日在湖北省十堰市武当山特区举行。为使各参赛单位做好训练和参赛工作,现将《第八届武当太极拳国际联谊大赛竞赛规程》印发给你们,请遵照执行。

(一)个人项目
1.规定项目
(1)武当拳,武当太乙拳、武当剑竞赛套路;
(2)24式简化太极拳、42式太极拳、42式太极剑、32式太极剑;
(3)陈式、杨式、吴式、武式、孙式太极拳竞赛套路。
2.创编项目
(1)武当太极拳九势、武当太极拳十三式、武当太极拳二十八式、武当太极拳三十六式、武当太极剑九势、武当太极拂尘九势;
(2)武当拳十八势、武当天罡拳十二式、武当剑十八势、逍遥扇。
3.传统项目(报名时请填写具体套路名称)
(1)传统太极拳(械)类
①陈式太极拳(械)、杨式太极拳(械)、吴式太极拳(械)、武式太极拳(械)、孙式太极拳(械)、其它太极拳(械);
②武当太乙五行拳、武当赵堡太极拳、武当老架太极拳、武当秘传太极拳(36式)、武当龙门太极拳、武当云房太极拳等其它传统太极拳(械)(备注具体名称);
(2)传统拳术(械)类

器械:刀、剑、棍、枪、朴刀、大刀、扇子、匕首、长穗剑、醉剑、九节鞭、双截棍、三节棍、流星锤、绳镖、其它传统器械(报名时请填写具体名称)。
(二)对练项目
(1)武当各类传统拳术(械)二人或三人对练;
(2)其它各类传统拳术(械)二人或三人对练。
(三)集体项目
(1)集体太极拳、集体太极拳械;
(2)武当传统拳(械)集体项目。
八、参赛办法
(一)每队限报领队1名、教练1名、队医1名,运动员人数不超过18人,男女不限,随队人员若干。
(二)每名运动员限报拳术1项、器械1项,可兼报对练项目和集体项目。
(三)每队限报集体项目1项,人数不得少于6人,少于6人时不予编排,性别、年龄组别不限。
九、竞赛办法
(一)比赛按中国武术协会印制的《传统武术套路竞赛规则(2024)》及有关补充规定执行。
(二)项目时间
1.太极拳项目:完成套路时间为3-4分钟、3分钟时裁判长鸣哨提示。
2.太极器械项目:完成套路时间为3-4分钟,3分钟时裁判长鸣哨提示。
3.创编项目、器械,其他传统拳术,其他传统器械时间50秒至2分钟。
4.对练项目:完成套路时间不超过3分钟,2分钟时裁判长鸣哨提示。
5.规定项目必须按照规定套路顺序演练,不得增减和改变动作,裁判长吹哨之后的剩余套路未完成不予扣分。
6.集体项目3-6分钟,须自备音乐,音乐中不得出现说唱等内容,若出现说唱裁判长总扣0.2分,未配乐者裁判长总扣0.2分。比赛前由本队教练或领队负责交由工作人员。
(三)年龄分组
儿童组(A组):11岁及11岁以下(2014年1月1日之后出生者);
少年组(B组):12岁至17岁(2008 年1月1日至2013年12月31日出生者);
青年组(C组):18岁至39岁(1986 年1月 1日至2007年12月31日出生者);
中年组(D组):40岁至50岁(1966 年 1月 1日至1985年12月31日出生者);
老年组(E组):60 岁及 60 岁以上(1965 年12月31日之前出生者)。
十、录取与奖励办法
(一)个人项目:按各单项各年龄组别男、女分别设一等奖20%,二等奖30%、三等奖40%。颁发获奖证书和奖牌,其他颁发参赛证书。录取比例均按照实际参赛人数,采取四舍五入的办法。
(二)对练项目: 按徒手对练、器械对练、徒手与器械对练分别录取,录取比例和办法同个人项目。
(三)集体项目:按拳术类、器械类(徒手和器械混合项目将视为集体器械项目),分别录取一等奖20%、二等奖40%、三等奖40%,颁发获奖证书。录取比例均按照实际参赛队伍,采取四舍五入的办法。
(四) 各单项各组别男、女报名人数在5人(含5人) 以下时,按同年龄相近项目合并,同年龄相近项目组别合并如仍不5人,则按同项目相近年龄组别合并,男、女分别录取。
(五)团体
1.录取前三名。境内外分别录取,颁发获奖牌匾和奖金,第一名奖金10000元,第二名奖金6000元,第三名奖金3000元,前三名奖金均为税前奖金。
2.计分方法:按各队单练项目和集体项目获一等奖、二等奖、三等奖累计计算,分值高者列前。若总分相等以获金奖数量多者列前;如仍相等,则以获得银奖数量多者列前,以此类推。如获得所有奖项均相等,则以参赛人数少者列前;若再相等,则并列。
3.分数换算:按每一等奖得9分、二等奖得6分、三等奖得3分计算,累计得分。
(六)武德风尚奖
按照文明礼仪、参赛人数、参赛项目的数量、比赛成绩以及赛风赛纪等方面进行评选,评选办法和评选比例另行通知,获奖队伍将获得奖牌匾、个人获得证书。
十一、报名与报到
(一)报名

2.报名时间:2025年8月1日至9月20日24时,逾期者不予受理。
3.本届大赛报名方式为网上报名,请各参赛队由领队统一在规定时间前完成网上报名,并将所报人员身份证(护照)复印件、责任声明书(手写签字)、人身意外保险单(保期须包含比赛时间)按规定拍照上传至报名网站。
4.各队名称要求在 10 个汉字以内,不允许出现世界、 国际、中国、中华等字样。对超过 10 个汉字的队名,组委会有权对其进行删减。
(二)报到
1.请各参赛队于2025年10月22日到武当山君澜酒店或大会安排住宿酒店报到,酒店地址另行通知。
2.需要接机(站)的参赛队,请于10月20日前,务必将抵达的日期和时间、航班或车次及人数,以传真或电话形式告知组委会,便于接机(接站),接机(接站)费用需各代表队自行承担。
3. 报到时提交责任声明书(手写签字)、人身意外保险 单(保期须包含比赛时间)、健康证明(赛前15天内由医院出具的血压、脉搏检查证明和心电图)。
十二、费用
(一)境内组食宿费标准
1.舒适型酒店标准间:每人每天300元,计 1500元人民币。
2.豪华型酒店标准间:每人每天460元,计 2300元人民币。
3.组委会统一安排标准间,若需安排单间需补房间差价,舒适型酒店单间:400元/人/天,豪华型单间:500元/人/天。
(二)境外组食宿标准
1.舒适型酒店标准间:60美金/人/天,单间:70美金/人/天;
2.豪华型酒店标准间:80美金/人/天,单间:90美金/人/天。
(三)凡报名参加大会食宿自行安排者,每人缴纳会务费200元。

(一)裁判员人员组成和职责范围按《传统武术套路竞赛规则(2024)》执行。

十五、其他
(一)请各参赛队领队和教练,于 10 月23 日上午9:00按时参加组委会和技术联席会,具体地点见报到须知。
(二)请运动员须自行办理赛会期间的《人身意外伤害保险》和《健康证明》,未办理者,不予参赛。
(三)各参赛队报到后,大会医务组将对运动员的身体健康状况、《人身意外伤害保险》和责任声明书进行检查,如发现问题,取消参赛资格。
(四)各队报到后,请认真阅读秩序册内容,若项目、姓名有异议者,务必于 10月23日9:00 之前,由本人或领队、教练填写申请表并签字递交大会组委会竞赛部(并注明签字人联系电话),经编排记录长审查,若提出申请内容与原始报名表相符者,予以更改,与原始报名表不相符者,不予更改。
(五)参赛运动员须在赛前 30 分钟参加检录,上场前在检录处等候,3 次点名未到,按弃权处理。
(六)参赛运动员无故弃权者,取消本人全部比赛成绩。
(七)参赛运动员须穿着武术服装、武术鞋。

VIII.Application & Registration
(I) Each team can only report 1 team leader, 1 coach, 1 team doctor, and no more than 18 athletes (with no restriction on gender), plus a number of accompanying personnel.
(II) Each athlete can only apply for 1 quan event and 1 weapon event. They can also concurrently apply for duilian event and the group event.
(III) Each team is allowed to registering for 1 group event, and the number of participants must be no less than 6. If the number of participants is less than 6, the team will not be arranged for the event. There are no restrictions on gender or age groups.
IX. Competition Methods
(I) The competition follows the Competition Rules for Traditional Wushu Routines (2024 Edition) approved by Chinese Wushu Association and the relevant supplementary regulations.
(II) Time for Routine Completion
1. Taijiquan events: The time required to complete the routine is 3 to 4 minutes. The chief judge will blow the whistle to give a reminder at the 3-minute mark.
2. Tai Chi Weapon events: The time required to complete the routine is 3 to 4 minutes. The chief judge will blow the whistle to give a reminder at the 3-minute mark.
3. Creative events, weapons, other traditional quan styles, and other traditional weapons events: The time limit is from 50 seconds to 2 minutes.
4. Duilian events: The time required to complete the routine should not exceed 3 minutes. The chief judge will blow the whistle to give a reminder at the 2-minute mark.
5. For prescribed events, the routine must be performed in the prescribed sequence. No movements should be added, subtracted, or changed. If the remaining part of the routine is not completed after the chief judge blows the whistle, no points will be deducted.
6. For group events, the duration is 3 to 6 minutes. The team must provide its own music. Content such as rap is not allowed in the music. If rap appears, the chief judge will deduct a total of 0.2 point. If there is no accompanying music, the chief judge will also deduct a total of 0.2 point. The coach or team leader of the team is responsible for handing over the music to the staff before the competition.
(III) Grouping by Age
Children’s Group (Group A): 11 years and below (born on or after January 1, 2014).
Youth Group (Group B): 12 to 17 years old (born from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2013).
Adult Group (Group C): 18 to 39 years old (born from January 1, 1986 to December 31, 2007).
Middle-aged Group (Group D): 40 to 50 years old (born from January 1, 1966 to December 31, 1985).
Senior Group (Group E): 60 years old and above (born on or before December 31, 1965).
X. Admission and Reward Methods
(I) Individual events: Awards will be given separately to male and female participants in each age group and event category. First, second, and third prizes will be awarded to 20%, 30%, and 40% of participants respectively, based on actual entries. Winners receive certificates and medals; others receive participation certificates. The allocation percentages are calculated based on the actual number of participants, and rounding will be done to the nearest whole number.
(II) Duilian: The admission ratio and reward methodology for both bare-handed and armed duilian events (including bare-handed versus armed duilian) are the same as those of individual events.
(III) Group events: According to the categories of quan events and weapon events (mixed bare-handed and weapon events will be regarded as group weapon events), 20% of the teams will be awarded the first prize, 40% the second prize, and 40% the third prize respectively, and winning certificates will be issued. The admission proportions are all based on the actual number of participating teams, and the rounding-off method will be adopted.
(IV) When the number of male and female participants in each individual event of each group is 5 people (including 5 people) or less, the events will be combined according to similar events of the same age group. If, after combining similar events of the same age group, the number of participants is still less than 5 people, then they will be combined according to similar age groups of the same event. Awards will be given separately for males and females.
(V) Winning teams:
1. The top three will be selected. Separate selections will be made for participants from domestic regions and overseas regions. Winning plaques and prize money will be awarded. The first place winner will receive a prize of CNY10,000, the second place winner will receive CNY6,000, and the third place winner will receive CNY3,000. All the prize money for the top three is pre-tax.
2. Scoring Method: The accumulative scores is calculated based on the first prizes, second prizes, and third prizes obtained by each team in individual exercise events and group events. The team with the higher total score ranks higher. If the total scores are equal, the team with a larger number of gold awards (first prizes) ranks higher. If they are still equal, the team with a larger number of silver awards (second prizes) ranks higher, and so on. If all the awards obtained are equal, the team with a smaller number of participants ranks higher. If they are still equal, they will be ranked jointly.
3. Score Calculation: Each first prize gains 9 points, each second prize 6 points, and each third prize 3 points. Points are accumulated for the final score.
(VI) Martial Virtue and Conduct Award:
The selection will be based on aspects such as the demonstration of civil etiquette, number of competitors, number of events, competition results, and good conduct. The selection method and ratio will be announced separately. Winning teams will receive a trophy plaque, and individuals will receive certificates.
XI. Registration and Check-in
(I) Registration

2. Registration period: August 1, 2025 to September 20, 2025 - 24 p.m.. Those who exceed the time limit will not be accepted.
3. The registration method for this competition is online registration. Each participating team shall have its team leader uniformly complete the online registration before the specified time, and take photos of the photocopies of the ID cards of the registered personnel, the liability statement (signed by hand), and the personal accident insurance policy (the insurance period must cover the competition time) as required and upload them to the registration website.
4. The name of each team should be within 10 Chinese characters, and words such as “World”, “International”, “China”, and “Chinese” are not allowed to appear. For team names with more than 10 Chinese characters, the Organizing Committee has the right to delete or shorten them.
(II) Check-in
1. Each participating team is requested to report to the Wudangshan Junlan Hotel or the hotel arranged by the conference for accommodation on October 22, 2025. The hotel address will be notified separately.
2. For participating teams that need airport (railway station) pick-up service, please make sure to inform the Organizing Committee of the arrival date and time, flight number or train number, and the number of people in the form of fax or phone call before October 20, so as to facilitate the airport (railway station) pick-up. The expenses for airport (railway station) pick-up shall be borne by each team on its own.
3. When reporting, submit the liability statement (signed by hand), the personal accident insurance policy (the insurance period must cover the competition time), and the health certificate (including a blood pressure and pulse examination certificate and an electrocardiogram issued by a hospital within 15 days before the competition).
XII. Expenses
(I) Standards for Accommodation and Meals for Domestic Participants
1. Standard room in a comfortable hotel: CNY 300 per person per day, totaling CNY 1,500.
2. Standard room in a luxury hotel: CNY 460 per person per day, totaling CNY 2,300.
3. The Organizing Committee will arrange standard rooms uniformly.
If a single room is required, the difference in room rates needs to be paid. The single room in a comfortable hotel costs CNY 400 per person per day, and the single room in a luxury hotel costs CNY500 per person per day.
(II) Standards for Accommodation and Meals for Overseas Participants
1. Standard room in a comfortable hotel: USD60 per person, per day; single room: USD70 per person, per day.
2. Standard room in a luxury hotel: USD80 per person, per day; single room: USD90 per person, per day.
(III) For those who sign up for the conference and arrange their own accommodation and meals, a conference fee of CNY200 per person shall be paid.

(V) Each team is requested to remit the fees to the above-mentioned account when registering. The fees should be fully paid before September 20. Failure to pay the registration fee within the time limit will be regarded as giving up the registration qualification, and the team will not be allowed to participate in the competition. When reporting, a copy of the remittance voucher should be submitted to the Organizing Committee.
(VI) If the athlete gives up the competition or withdraws from the competition midway due to personal reasons, the accommodation and meal fees as well as the competition participation fees will not be refunded.
XIII. Arbitration Committee and Referees
(I) The composition and scope of duties of the arbitration committee shall be implemented in accordance with the Competition Rules for Traditional Wushu Routines (2024 Edition).
(II) The referees shall be selected by the Chinese Wushu Association with further notice.

(I) Team leaders and coaches of each participating team are requested to attend the organizing committee and technical joint meeting on time at 9:00 am on October 23rd. Please refer to the registration notice for the specific location.
(II) Athletes must handle the “Personal Accident Insurance” and obtain the “Health Certificate” for the duration of the competition on their own. Those who fail to do so will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
(III) After each participating team reports, the medical team of the conference will check the athletes’ physical health conditions, the “Personal Accident Insurance” policies, and the liability statements. If any problems are found, the athletes’ participation qualifications will be canceled.
(IV)After each team checks in, please read the contents of the competition schedule carefully. If there are any objections regarding the events or names, the athlete himself/herself, or the team leader or coach must fill out an application form, sign it, and submit it to the Competition Department of the Organizing Committee of the event before 9:00 a.m. on October 23 (and indicate the contact phone number of the signer). After being examined by the Chief Scorer, if the content of the application is in line with the original registration form, it will be revised; if it does not match the original registration form, no revision will be made.
(V) Participating athletes are required to attend the roll call 30 minutes before the competition and wait at the roll call area. If an athlete fails to show up after being called three times, it will be regarded as a waiver.
(VI) If an athlete withdraws from the competition without valid reasons, all of his/her competition results will be canceled.
(VII) Participating athletes must wear martial arts uniforms and martial arts shoes.
(VIII) This competition regulation and rules can be downloaded from the “Social Activities Department” column of the website of the Chinese Wushu Association: http://www.wushu.com.cn.
(IX) The Chinese Wushu Association shall have the final right to interpret these rules and regulations.
(X) Matters not covered herein will be notified separately.
